Course Summary

Asbestos is the greatest single cause of work-related deaths in the UK. The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006 came into force on 13 November 2006. Regulation 4 includes the ‘duty to manage asbestos’ in non-domestic premises. This course will be of great benefit to those managing asbestos within an organisation. The course aims to ensure that delegates have an understanding of their legal responsibilities and duties.
