Course Summary

Creating an accident and injury free culture within an organisation isn’t easy, particularly when human reliability plays a significant part in many accidents. The introduction to Behavioural Safety course helps to overcome the big challenge of ensuring a safe place of work by establishing the principle causes of human error and health and safety violations.

The course looks into behavioural safety to identify how it differs from traditional safety methods. It provides delegates with the knowledge to understand what shapes behaviour and how this knowledge can be used to encourage employees to ‘want to do more’ whilst understanding the concept of a good ‘safety habit’.
