Course Summary

The IOSH Working Safely programme is designed to be a short introduction to health and safety in the workplace.  It can be pitched to a range of employee levels from the office staff, technicians and shop floor operatives.  The course covers key elements of health and safety practice and law and creates a basic understanding of risks and hazards.

Ways to Study

  • Block Release – A classroom based course consisting of one full teaching day.

Teaching and Assessment

Delegates will be assessed through multiple and short answer questions. Successful candidates will be awarded with and IOSH Working Safely certificate.

Entry Requirements

There are no set entry requirements for IOSH Working Safely, although a good command of the English language is essential.

Course Duration

IOSH Working Safely is a one day programme.

Professional Body Memberships

Having gained the NEBOSH National General Certificate you are eligible for membership of the institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) – Tech IOSH and Associate Membership of the IIRSM.
