The aim of this course is to provide practical solutions to the issues surrounding lone working. It will equip delegates with the knowledge to avoid/defuse potentially violent or aggressive situations, and ensure set procedures are understood and followed. This is an ideal course for individuals who are identified as lone workers or are at risk whilst undertaking their work activities.

Teaching and Assessment

This course combines group discussions and practical exercises including both group exercises and  individual assessment. Delegates will receive an Integra certificate upon completion of the course.

There are no set entry requirements for this course although a good command of the English language is essential.
