Summer may be almost over, but staff at Integra Training and Consulting have plenty of reasons to celebrate, following the results of a recent audit.

The audit which was carried out by NEBOSH, (one of the country’s leading awarding bodies in Safety and Health) examined many areas of the business, including communication, administration processes, quality assurance processes, assessment administration,  and course delivery.

Integra achieved fantastic results for all of the areas looked at and received excellent feedback, with the auditor making comment on the high quality of the systems that Integra have in place. 

Integra takes pride in providing an outstanding experience for learners, and this was reflected in the positive comments made by the auditor about the commitment of staff to course delivery, and the support arrangements for students’ learning needs.

Whilst on site, the auditor was taken on a tour of the facilities and teaching rooms, and found them to be of a high standard.  Based at the University of Sunderland on St Peter’s Campus, Integra is well placed to take advantage of the light, airy teaching rooms, as well as the wide range of facilities available on-site.  

Staff at Integra are delighted with the results of the audit and as Derek Watson, Programmes Director at Integra commented "The excellent feedback received from our 2010 NEBOSH audit report re-affirms Integra as one the UK's leading Health Safety and Environmental providers".
